We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and care to children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
• Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and classroom aides
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff members
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each child's progress
• Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching and engage students
• Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines
• Implement strategies to support children with developmental disabilities or autism
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
