What You’ll Own :

• ???? Multi-site oversight —ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and clinical quality across your buildings.
• ???? Executive-level mentorship —coaching and supporting administrators to drive compliance, survey readiness, and staff engagement.
• ???? Business intelligence —analyzing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• ???? High-level problem-solving —anticipating challenges and implementing solutions before they become issues.

You'll be in the field 4 days a week , directly supporting your facilities. Travel expenses, hotel, meals, gas, car stipend, and a generous bonus structure included.
