JOB DESCRIPTION :

Were looking for a driven high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects or events at once. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized proactive and comfortable balancing deadlines details and people.

The Events and Outreach Manager is responsible for coordinating internal team events public-facing promotional events and Foundation-led donor events. The role also supports donor engagement campaigns manages outreach materials and mailing lists and contributes to the overall success of Foundation outreach and fundraising. Comfort using AI tools to enhance work and bring efficiency to content development and planning is a valued part of this role.

Duties may include but are not limited to :

Event Management

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events such as appreciation picnics milestone celebrations and recognition activities
• Organize and execute community-facing events such as health fairs career fairs and open houses
• Lead logistics for Foundation events including annual galas luncheons and donor gatherings
• Manage event timelines vendor coordination budgets and on-site support
• Coordinate CEO and CMCO participation for donor-facing and strategic events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Required Experience : Experience in event planning outreach coordination and / or customer service.

Minimum Required Education : Bachelors degree (field of study may vary).

Physically able to assist with event setup and teardown including lifting boxes and moving tables or displays as needed.
