As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide specialized nursing care to residents in long-term care settings, focusing on managing chronic conditions, promoting quality of life, and ensuring the overall well-being of elderly or chronically ill patients. Key Responsibilities : Patient Assessment and Care Planning : Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, including physical examinations, medication histories, and psychosocial needs. Medication Administration and Management : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules and dosage instructions.
