About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead and oversee the pharmaceutical operations across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the development and implementation of pharmacy business models to optimize results and cost containment. This role involves strategic leadership in pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management, as well as collaboration with division and facility teams to enhance pharmacy practices and patient care.

Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, with an MBA or MS preferred, and be a licensed pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience in acute care settings. Executive-level leadership experience, the ability to build strategic relationships, and a proven track record in multi-site operations and pharmacy expense management are essential. The role also requires the ability to travel 25-35% of the time and demands a leader with strong analytical skills, the ability to assess data, and a commitment to driving clinical and operational excellence.
