Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-based ABA Services

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025-2026 school year in the Honolulu, Hawaii metro area . This is a school-based, full-time RBT position working one-on-one with students with behavioral needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

What You'll Do

• Work 1 : 1 with students with behavioral challenges (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting.
• Collaborate with a BCBA / Case Supervisor to implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs).
• Support student growth in communication, social skills, academics, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document behavioral data to track progress toward goals.
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication with team and school staff.
• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
