About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist

License : GA or Compact license required

Certifications : ARDMS, CCI, NT

Must-Have :

High-risk obstetrics experience.

Strong skills in perinatal sonography.

Description :

The practice operates four days a week from 7 AM to 5 PM.

It provides support to the obstetrics floor with equipment available on-site.

Friday is currently designated for on-call scanning based on provider direction.

The patient population includes neonates and adults.

Sonography includes nuchal translucency, cardiology exams, and routine detailed scans of multiples.

The position requires performing amniocentesis and various sonographic measurements.

Staff will work in a consultative practice focused on high-risk obstetric patients.

The unit includes six rooms with an average daily census of 44 patients.

The clinical systems used are Epic and GE Viewpoint.

Scrub color for staff is black.

Floating may be required to other locations as necessary within the facility.

Staff members are expected to be available for on-call duties as needed.

If major holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers are expected to work on holidays as scheduled.

Full compliance with documentation is required to start on time.

Clinical screening will determine clinical fit for candidates.

All candidates must provide two supervisory references for consideration.

The facility requires submission of core items within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.

Candidates must be away from the facility for one full year before returning as travelers.
