Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Valid RN license from the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements : BLS certification from AHA, Valid State RN License, CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, hospice, home health, or surgical center setting
  • Other Requirements : Proficient with EMR systems, strong computer skills, professional appearance, ability to float between units, excellent communication skills

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various clinical settings within the hospital, clinic, hospice, home health, or surgical center environments.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
  • Execute clinical procedures and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt to floating requirements by quickly learning workflows in new units and providing exceptional patient-centered care across multiple settings.
