Job Role Data Science Engineer Location Boston, MA (100% onsite) Expr. Range - 9 12 years Develop, test, and deploy data-driven solutions, including predictive models, statistical algorithms, and machine-learning pipelines.

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and insights that support business decisions.

Build and optimize machine-learning models using appropriate techniques, ensuring model accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Implement end-to-end data workflows, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.

Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Create reusable code modules, APIs, and model-serving components to support production environments.

Monitor model performance in production and implement enhancements based on drift, feedback, or new data.

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards across all development activities.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and solution approaches.
