Logistics Coordinator

Curve Hospitality a leader in custom hospitality FF&E design procurement and manufacturing is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and proactive in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from our domestic and international manufacturing facilities to client sites across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping schedules freight bookings and customs clearance for international and domestic shipments.
• Track containers manage ETAs and communicate status updates with project managers and clients.
• Liaise with freight forwarders trucking companies and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents invoices and Bills of Lading.
• Support the Logistics Manager in cost analysis vendor evaluations and freight optimization.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Procurement Project Management and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow.
• Monitor and report shipment delays or damages working with vendors to resolve issues.
