The Opportunity :

We're actively seeking a client-focused Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing tailored tax services and delivering exceptional client service. You'll handle a variety of accounting tasks-from producing financial statements to tax preparation work-based on the unique needs of each client.

What You'll Do :

• Provide client-focused tax services with professionalism and accuracy
• Prepare complex federal, and state tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations and other types of organizations
• Compile supporting financial statements and documents
• Perform tax research, staying up-to-date on changes
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Deliver high-quality service aligned with the firm's core values
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Adapt solutions based on varying client needs across industries
