Job Summary :

The Above Ground Pool Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for product categories, managing vendor relationships, and driving innovation to achieve growth and profitability. This role oversees the product development lifecycle, including market analysis, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training programs, and new product launches. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives, while also acting as the primary resource for product expertise and industry insights.

The annual compensation for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, this position may be eligible for relocation or cost of living adjustments.
