Description

• Conduct assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing both standardized tests and observational methods.
• Create customized treatment programs tailored to meet both short-term goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.
• Engage in direct speech therapy interventions focused on areas such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and caregivers, to develop integrated care strategies.
• Educate patients and families to ensure progress continues beyond clinical visits.
• Occasionally assist with inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, maintaining seamless care throughout the healing process.
