A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplier contracts within the Procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance to align with business goals and legal standards
Ensure contracts meet internal governance and regulatory standards while supporting compliance reporting and audits
Utilize CLM tools to manage workflows, obligations, and renewals, recommending process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field (JD or Paralegal certification a plus)
5+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting, preferably in med tech, pharma, or regulated industries
Strong knowledge of procurement categories, supplier engagement models, and CLM platforms
Proficient in contract law, compliance, and supplier risk management
Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
