Job Description

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules and plans. Coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress, and resolve field issues efficiently. Enforce site safety protocols and quality control standards across all phases of construction. Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure alignment and timely updates. Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout, including logistics planning and punch list completion.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at $50M or more. Background with major general contractors and a strong understanding of multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial builds. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced field environments. Solid project tenure and a track record of contributing to successful project delivery. Ability to foster a collaborative site culture and uphold safety and quality standards consistently.
