FTE : Part Time, 0.6, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Weekend Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour, based on relevant experience

Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Lead Sterile Processing Technician to guide and inspire our team, showcasing your advanced expertise in sterile processing. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in our department and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow, and facilitate effective problem-solving within the team. Assist in ordering supplies and monitoring staff performance metrics.
• Perform duties of a Sterile Processing Technician, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently with minimal supervision.
