Job descriptionSign and file fiduciary tax returns (state and federal) in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and ensure tax payments and quarterly estimated taxes are paid timely. Track the status of fiduciary tax returns prepared externally by CPAs or attorneys. Review and respond to IRS and state notices, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. Conduct tax research to address issues impacting fiduciary accounts. Collaborate with administration, operations, tax authorities, CPAs, and attorneys to support fiduciary compliance. Maintain organized, up-to-date tax records, ensuring accessibility for auditors and internal stakeholders. Qualifications : Prior tax preparation or fiduciary / estate tax experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams. Proficiency in maintaining organized records and handling confidential information with discretion.
