As a Patrol, Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your approachable demeanor supports excellent customer service. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns or requests from staff and visitors. What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Conduct both regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor site access points and report security-related issues or suspicious activity according to established protocols. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in reports as required by Allied Universal and client expectations. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address security-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed. Assist emergency personnel and / or respond to alarms, following site-specific emergency procedures as outlined during training. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as per client requirements. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
