Safran, a leading global industrial company, is currently seeking a Finance Project Key-User (M3-CE) to join our Finance Project Management team in Costa Mesa, California. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the DigiUp project as primary user and Finance trainer for key users for our new ERP system, M3-CE.

Summary of Duties :

Serve as primary user for the new ERP system, M3-CE.

Ensure effective liaison between the financial management team, the Finance ERP Project Representatives and various operational departments of the factories where M3-CE is being deployed.

Participate in the implementation, documentation and improvement of financial processes with the new system.

Provide specialized guidance and training to other ERP users on the Finance processes within M3-CE, and the detailed usage of the M3-CE transactions.

Test and validate modifications provided by the ERP Editor & Integrator.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the M3-CE system.

Produce periodic reports using the ERP system.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.

Contribute to budget set-up and tracking of the IT IS and Digital Transformation departments.

Candidate skills & requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Experience : Knowledge of the aerospace sector would be an asset.

Computer Skill : Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including : Word, Outlook and Excel.

Visio charts.

Good knowledge of the M3 Finance Module.

Other Skills : Proficiency in business English. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with others. Strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Annual salary : $50K - $72K ($24 - 34 / hr) USD
