Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $3,332 per week in Sacramento, CA

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : RN Specialty : Labor and Delivery Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 2 years License : Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Must-Have : Ability to float to other units and circulate cesarean sections Description : High-risk unit providing couplet care. Must be willing to manage all aspects of care from start to finish. Must be comfortable circulating for cesarean sections. Position requires the ability to assist in labor and delivery and postpartum care. Staffing ratios are generally 1 nurse to 3-4 couplets and 1-2 laboring patients. Obstetric hospitalist and anesthesia present in-house 24 / 7. Registered Nurses are required to interpret EKG strips in specific areas. Monitoring system includes advanced fetal monitoring technology. Additional duties may include floating to other facilities as necessary. Scrubs will be provided for the position. Candidates must be available for scheduling including weekends and holidays. Charting will be completed using Cerner.
