Responsibilities

• Month-end and Year-end Close : Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, accruals, and preparing journal entries in Netsuite.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Internal Controls : Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
• Payroll : Assist in reviewing the payroll reports provided by outsourced payroll team.

Qualifications / Experience

Full-time base salary range of $110,000 $135,000 plus an annual bonus potential and equity opportunities.
