Job descriptionDeliver direct and indirect patient care in the perioperative setting for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Employ the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure comprehensive patient care. Coordinate patient care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, ensuring seamless collaboration among the healthcare team. Direct and guide OR Technicians and other personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards. Collaborate with other departments to provide a continuum of care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being. Work closely with co-workers to maintain efficient patient flow, uphold quality patient care, and ensure unit maintenance and organization. Act as a resource for other personnel, offering expertise and guidance as appropriate. Active state RN license. CPR or BLS Certification. ACLS and PALS Certification. Physical and TB Test (within one year). Driver's License or State ID. At least 1 year RN Surgery experience. Day shift Night shift Other
