Job descriptionPatient Population : Adults only Support Staff : 1 MD and 4 CRNAs CRNA Supervision : Mix of hands-on and supervision Typical day : MD supervises 4 CRNAs If short-staffed, MD may take a case until ratio is safe Surgeons can assist CRNAs if MD is not available EMR : Meditech + paper charting Required Procedures & Skills No OB Comfort with both supervision and hands-on cases New York Medical License - Required Board Certification - Required DEA - Required Certifications - BLS and ACLS Required Minimum Experience - Required A rated malpractice Weekly direct deposit 24 / 7 dedicated recruiter support Professional onboarding and credentialing Prepaid travel and lodging Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness

- Weeknight or weekend call help is preferred, but optional
- CRNAs take call independently
- High-Priority Coverage Dates (as of Sept 22) :
- November : 13, 14
- December : 1-5, 22-26 Clinical Details
Daily Volume : Varies depending on case load
