Schedule : MondayFriday | 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM

We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Hospital Pharmacist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Memphis, TN. This full-time role offers a steady weekday schedule in a collaborative hospital environment where your clinical expertise will make a direct impact on patient care.

Role Responsibilities :

Verify and dispense medications with accuracy and clinical soundness

Oversee medication therapy management and review patient medication histories

Offer medication counseling and support to both patients and clinical teams

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize therapeutic outes

Ensure timely, pliant preparation and delivery of medications per hospital standards

Maintain thorough documentation and uphold safety protocols in all pharmacy operations

Qualifications :

Active Tennessee Pharmacist license (required)

Recent experience in an inpatient or hospital pharmacy setting highly preferred
