About This Role
Enter and analyze purchase orders for all product lines to ensure that sales orders are accurately billed
Work closely with the payroll commissions analyst, purchasing analyst, installer onboarding coordinator, and other operations team members to ensure that commissions and installers are paid correctly
Enter invoices into our company CRM - Coupa
Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports
Review and audit invoices submitted by installers
Hours M-F, 8am - 5pm
Key Qualifications
Bilingual Skills in both English and Spanish - a plus!
Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office 365
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment without compromising quality of work
Confident decision-making skills and exceptional communication skills
