Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Manage supplier relationships to maintain high performance and resolve any issues promptly.

Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities in the supply chain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives.

Analyze procurement data to drive decision-making and improve processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Buyer should have :

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Strong preference for PMP or ACIS Certification
• A strong understanding of procurement and supply chain principles within the business services industry.
• Proven skills in vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
