Senior Business Program Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Program Manager to oversee content and channel discovery for effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and governance of the MCAPS Academy SharePoint as the central learning hub

Own taxonomy, metadata standards, and filtering logic for content discoverability

Optimize content placement and partner with platforms like Viva Learning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management or related fields

4+ years in program, project, or operations management

Technical acumen with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or Salesforce

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
