Cross Country Locums is seeking an Occupational / Urgent Care physician for a contract position in Kenosha Wisconsin

JOB DETAILS :

Open dates : 4 / 29 thru 7 / 29 / 22
We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days / week)
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee area or surrounding suburbs
MUST be DOT certified
Worksite Setting : Free standing clinic
EMR / EHR system : Allscripts

REQUIREMENTS :

Active unrestricted Wisconsin license,

DEA

DOT cert

Proof of vaccination .
