Who We're Looking For

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, we are seeking a motivated Senior Manager, FP&A Consolidations to join our team! This role will lead the MANSCAPED internal and external financial reporting functions, budgeting and forecasting processes, and lead finance support for corporate operating expenses. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with senior leadership across the company. This individual will lead the development and automation of internal and external reporting, and KPI's to help the company maximize its operational and financial performance. Responsibilities

• Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and forecasting responsibilities
• Lead, and continuously improve monthly / quarterly / annual and long-term forecasting exercises, including actuals-to-forecast variance analyses
• Improve and refine financial reporting and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process and reporting automation, ensuring efficiency gains and supporting system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting)
• Supervise, develop, and mentor Finance Managers, who will support corporate departments including (Operations, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, HR, Facilities, IT and Executives)
• Lead support for company-wide department spends, capital investments and headcount
• Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Ad hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reporting
• Support quarterly and annual board and executive reporting
• Other duties as required
