About the Role

Oracle EPM Manager – a senior technical and client‑facing role that balances architecture, project management, and deep Oracle expertise. You’ll work with clients to transform enterprise data governance and master data management using Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and its integration with Oracle EPM and ERP Cloud.

You Are – a transformation leader comfortable with both people and technology. You excel in designing solutions, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑value outcomes to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data Management projects, assessing master data processes, organization, and technology, and delivering comprehensive Oracle EDM solutions.
• Architect and implement enterprise metadata and hierarchy management solutions to align Finance, ERP, and EPM applications.
• Design and implement master data governance processes, ensuring scalable, high‑quality solutions delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Architecture teams to align hierarchies, chart of accounts, and reference data across Oracle Cloud applications.
• Lead data governance and EDM project teams through design, build, and deployment; act as Project Manager or Data Governance Lead as required.
• Support pre‑sales, scoping, and proposal activities, positioning governance as a strategic enabler.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in enterprise data governance, integration, and strategy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing accelerators, delivery assets, and thought leadership in Oracle EDM and master data management.
