We have a great full time opportunity for a Physical Therapist in New Mexico.

At Advanced Care Hospital of Southern New Mexico , we are passionate about patient care! We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. At our 20-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Las Cruces and surrounding areas.

Our hospital is the first hospital in New Mexico to earn The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Respiratory Failure and are a "Center of Excellence" for all respiratory failure patients, including those who require prolonged ventilator management and weaning.

Responsibilities

Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines their potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
