A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support strategic recruitment efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
