As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring shoppers' needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Building appealing displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves with proper product rotation
  • Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers
  • Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

    • What we’re looking for in you :

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing communication skills with customers and management
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience in leading and training team members
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently while also fostering teamwork
  • Commitment to safety in a retail environment
