Job descriptionLocation : Southeast Wisconsin (40 mins south of Milwaukee, WI ) Specialty : Addiction Medicine Requirements : Active WI license, Active DEA, Board Certified / Eligible in related specialty, Fellowship NOT required Schedule : Mon-Thurs ( 6 : 30am 10 : 30am ) Census : 5-20 pts / day (depends on admissions) EMR : Methasoft SUBOXONE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Duration : Aug 31, 2020 ongoing ( month-to-month ) Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice provided
Client Description :
Our client manages a successful comprehensive treatment center approx. 40 mins south of Milwaukee, WI . As of right now, they are taking immediate considerations for qualified Addiction Medicine physicians to provide coverage starting Aug. 31 ongoing . Principle duties include providing Methadone / Suboxone treatments, performing history and physicals , and handle admissions .
