Grants & Donations Associate Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
Partner with the contracts team to assist with HCP contracts and agreements being created and communicated. Take initiative and use independent judgment to create all Smartsheet line items for all HCPs to track compliance steps. Manage and maintain the HCP database to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates. Manage the Medical Education Programs intake process to ensure all contract documentation is requested and received to complete HCPs contracts. Ensure all programs submitted have appropriate compliance items and work with Program Managers to request missing information. Run reports to allow multiple stakeholders key information to be visible in one system. Manage the Vendor Master requests for all new HCPs. Perform various data entry, reconciliation, and compliance reporting tasks. Coordinate communications that provide accurate, timely information to internal stakeholders, Medtronic leadership, and customers. Partner with the respective Ethics & Compliance and Legal departments, to ensure compliance of all activities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your manager.
General
Actively contribute in briefings / debriefings and on identified projects that support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and enforce all standards and regulations in the Medtronic Business Conduct Standards as they pertain to customer programs and ensure all activities are in compliance with AdvaMed, Sunshine reporting, state laws, and association guidelines. Apply problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when managing requests for information with internal and external customers. Perform various administrative duties for the Compliance Operations team. All other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Compliance Operations or designate. Communicate with internal and external project stakeholders with regular cadence through a variety of mediums, including Smartsheet reporting. Ensures that stakeholders have up-to-date information needed for their particular function in a timely manner. Create and maintain strong working relationships within the teams, and across Medtronic functions and departments.
Must Have :
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in customer-facing position or corporate setting Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Nice to Have :
Associates or Bachelors Degree Strong ability to develop solutions to problems without established procedures. Excellent teamwork skills and experience working with teams and in a virtual team. Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence and partner with others, both inside and outside your department Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with external and internal customers, both via written and verbally.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
