Key Responsibilities

• Develop validate and optimize CMM inspection programs from CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings GD&T specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Execute CMM inspections for first article in-process and final product verification.
• Analyze measurement data identify non-conformances and generate detailed inspection reports.
• Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and quality teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance calibration checks and basic troubleshooting on CMM equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of CMM programs inspection results and equipment calibration.
