Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Pacific Medical Centers - Canyon Park Clinic)

• Full-time position
• Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience
• A minimum of 3 years of Primary Care NP experience is required
• Flexible FTE with 4 to 5-day work weeks
• Good practice location and diverse patient panels
• Outpatient Primary Care only
• Growth opportunities to teach and mentor future APC hires / APC students
• On-site labs and diagnostic services available
• Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year
• Providers may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and / or relocation assistance
