Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to memberships
Deliver personalized solutions and recommend products and services
Engage with members while navigating multiple systems and tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX
Spanish fluency is a plus
