We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving multitasker who thrives in an active environment. This role combines operations, customer service, and poolside team support with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position as our business expands.

What You'll Do :

You'll be the heart of the operation keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our customers and staff feel welcomed, supported, and energized.

Operations & Administration :

  • Assist with scheduling classes and managing instructor rosters
  • Support payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage inventory and monitor equipment
  • Help coordinate pool partner logistics
  • Customer Experience & Deck Ambassador Duties :

  • Welcome families to the pool and create a fun, friendly atmosphere
  • Check water chemistry and deck safety before lessons
  • Answer customer questions about accounts, class progress, and programs
  • Assist instructors and managers during lessons as needed
  • Capture and post photos / videos for social media to showcase our community
  • Keep morale high for both staff and customers with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Manage customer service phone calls and emails
  • What We're Looking For :

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Willingness to learn pool safety and program requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (required for full consideration)
  • Experience working with children or in a recreational / fitness environment
  • CPR / First Aid / Lifeguard certification (can be obtained during training)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and / or scheduling software
