Base pay range

$125,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Foxley Talent is working with a bootstrapped and founder led startup building next generation infrastructure software for real world logistics and operations. Our clients platform connects remote regions by air, land and sea bringing automation, visibility, and control to a previously disconnected industry.

They are currently hiring a Senior Django Developer for a Founding Engineer role. This is the first full time hire to join the 3 founders and help build out the core platform from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to help define a product and company from day one. Helping to shape everything from system architecture to engineering culture.

Although this is a fully remote position, it is ONLY open to those living in California. No Exceptions

The Role

• Work directly with the founding team to design, build, and scale the core platform
• Take ownership of backend systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions, product roadmap, and technical direction
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and troubleshoot live issues
• Help define engineering processes and play a role in future hiring decisions
• Build, test, and deploy high quality, scalable code in a modern web environment
