Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer cancellation calls and work to retain them
Make outbound calls to customers with failed subscription payments
Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer needs
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of sales or retention experience, meeting performance metrics
