Outpatient Primary Care | Potential $200k + loaded w / benefits

Job Overview :

  • Role : APPs (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) working under the supervision of licensed physicians.
  • Location : Multiple new practices opening 2024 across North Atlanta suburbs.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Earnings : Uncapped earnings $200k+ per year.
  • Workload : See an average of 18-20 patients per day.
  • PTO : 4 weeks of paid time off.
  • Health Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
  • Retirement : 401k savings plan.
  • On-call Duties : Limited, phone call only, 1 week / year.

    • Additional Benefits :

    • Essential Functions :

  • Provide outpatient medical consultation services.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients' medical conditions.
  • Conduct follow-ups, order and interpret diagnostic studies.
  • Prescribe medications and make referrals when needed.
  • Answer emergency calls after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
  • Administer drugs and complete EMR notes and tasks.
  • Perform patient physicals and provide health education.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of patient care and support staff.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Master's in Nursing.
  • Certification : Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent for Physician Assistants.
  • Licensure : Current APRN licensure in Georgia (or equivalent for PAs).
  • DEA Registration : Current registration required.
  • Experience : Clinical experience in Family Practice preferred.
