Director, Audience & Connections Strategy

The Director, Audience & Connections Strategy at Wpromote will be a key strategic partner, blending audience intelligence with connections planning to design cross-channel strategies that connect brands with their most valuable consumers. As an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Connections Strategy, this person will shape how data, insights, and culture come together to drive meaningful impact across media touchpoints.

You must have deep expertise in both audience strategy and connections planning, with the ability to turn complex insights into actionable, full-funnel strategies that deliver cohesive, connected brand experiences. This role is built for someone who can think holistically about how audiences engage across platforms and bring that vision to life through smart, integrated media solutions.
