Billing and Posting Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Representative. Key Responsibilities Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints Identify solutions to billing issues and present resolution options to customers Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits and adjust customer accounts Required Qualifications Experience in billing and posting processes Ability to analyze and negotiate billing issues Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing systems High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus Proficiency in relevant software applications
