Hydrostatic Test Operator / Baytown TX

LOCATION : Baytown- Texas-USA

DEPARTMENT : INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Purpose

Performs hydrostatic and drift test on seamless pipe in a safe and efficient manner following Work Instructions and Procedures while complying with Tenaris Quality standards.

Main Activities

• Must operate overhead crane
• Executes change over and set up of the machine using overhead crane.
• Performs Hydrotesting and Drifting machine operation.
• Verifies coolant levels test time and pressure meets work order specifications.
• Performs LOTO preventitive maintenance (PM Day) and does daily operative maintenance (coolant level machine adjustments seals etc.).
• Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
• Performs housekeeping of own workstation and Finishing line if needed.
