About the Opportunity : The Quality Team Lead will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality systems, processes, and culture at Pursuit Aerospace. This position provides leadership to the quality team and serves as a key liaison between quality, operations, engineering, and customers to ensure products meet or exceed internal and external requirements.

Location : Malden, MA

Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians in day-to-day activities.

• Ensure that incoming, in-process, and final inspections are performed to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AS9100 / ISO9001 standards and quality procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action processes (RCCA / CAPA).
• Monitor and report quality performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training, guidance, and development to quality team members.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals.
• Lead the team with a strong sense of urgency to meet customer delivery needs while ensuring there is never a compromise on safety or quality standards.
• Escalate significant quality issues and customer complaints as necessary.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
