Your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders and administering medications.
• Starting IVs, performing treatments, and conducting special tests.
• Documenting treatment as required by company policy and local / state / federal regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assessing patient needs for care and responding effectively.
• Applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to establish comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
