Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities : Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with cloud customers to ensure value realization and product adoption Conduct onboarding workshops and business reviews to maintain high customer engagement and develop loyalty Monitor customer health and proactively identify and mitigate issues affecting satisfaction and retention Required Qualifications : 5-7 years of experience as a CSM for cloud-based solutions in data intelligence or data management Strong expertise in data observability, data quality, data governance, or data intelligence Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes in data-centric environments Familiarity with data management practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Understanding of modern cloud computing concepts such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
