• Certification : Physician must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
• EMR : EPIC
• Schedule : Monday Friday, with an expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day
• Call Schedule : 1 / 4 or 1 / 5
• Time Off : 7 Holidays, 28 Days of Paid Time Off
