DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ELA Tutor  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Language Arts, Reading and Writing preferably for K-12 grades and / or College.

We are currently seeking individuals to fill tutor positions in and around Ridgewood, NJ . The Tutor will be responsible for meeting with students outside of school hours in-person .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques.
• Track and analyze students' progress and adapt instruction methods to meet their evolving needs.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students and their families on academic progress.
• Collaborate with Tutor Doctor staff and other tutors to share best practices and contribute to the development of teaching materials as needed.
